[ SERVICES ]

Ways I can help

Web and business systems, SEO and LLM visibility, media and AI operations, writing and review.

I draw on the practical knowledge gained from operating six publications and maintaining public projects to identify improvements that fit each goal and situation.

[ CASE NOTES ]

Selected work, documented in public.

These self-operated cases show the problem, constraints, decisions, implementation, and verified outcome behind two areas of practice.

Rather than anonymizing client work and guessing at outcomes, this section uses work with public evidence. For confidential projects, I describe only what can be shared during a consultation.

01

web / information architecture / seo and llm visibility

One official hub for six fields of activity.

self-operated / public case

I designed and built a two-act site where a world to explore and the information needed to evaluate my work coexist.

Problem

Six publications, public open-source projects, a profile, and consultation areas existed separately. There was no single place that explained who operates them, how they relate, or what kind of work could be discussed.

Constraints

  • Combine an experiential interface with semantic HTML and server rendering
  • Preserve touch, reduced motion, and JavaScript fail-open behavior
  • Fit SEO, LLM visibility, structured data, and bilingual content into one information model

Scope

  • Concept, information architecture, experience design, visual design, and development
  • Structured data, sitemap, llms.txt, and hreflang
  • Performance and accessibility QA, release, and production observation

Decisions

  • Separate ACT I for emotional discovery from ACT II for trust, work, and contact
  • Keep important information outside the canvas and render it from the same canonical data
  • Protect the distinctive language of white space, dots, lines, and a hand-drawn traveler

Implementation

  • Connected a Canvas 2D particle world to a vertically readable Living Atlas
  • Generated visible HTML, JSON-LD, and bilingual pages from canonical PHP data
  • Regression-tested desktop, mobile, keyboard, touch, Tilt, and reduced motion

Verified outcome

  • Six publications, open source, profile, and services are reachable from one official hub
  • Received CSS Design Awards Special Kudos
  • Won Best UI Design, Best UX Design, and Best Innovation in the public vote

Public evidence and boundary

This is a public, self-operated case. The awards can be verified on the CSS Design Awards page. Search traffic and inquiry growth are not public and are not presented as outcomes.

02

media operations / measurement / automation

Turn daily checks across publications into one report.

self-operated / public case

I replaced repeated AdSense and GA4 checks with a reporting workflow designed for continuous observation.

Problem

Checking multiple dashboards across several publications had become a repetitive daily task. The consistency and depth of review also varied from day to day.

Constraints

  • Remain practical enough to run every day
  • Keep API, Apps Script, and retrieval failures visible
  • Do not confuse automated aggregation with automated judgment

Scope

  • Requirements, data retrieval, aggregation, and email formatting
  • Scheduled Apps Script execution with observable errors
  • A workflow that ends with human review and an improvement decision

Decisions

  • Use the official GA4 and AdSense APIs from Google Apps Script
  • Combine daily aggregates into one email and fix the place where review begins
  • Use automation to support observation while leaving interpretation to a person

Implementation

  • Retrieved publication data and formatted a daily report
  • Sent it on a time-driven trigger
  • Published the setup and procedure in a reproducible article

Verified outcome

  • Changed recurring multi-screen checks into a workflow that begins with one daily report
  • Established an observation path that can be kept in use across owned publications
  • Published the implementation so its existence and scope can be independently checked

Public evidence and boundary

This is an owned-media operations case. Private revenue, traffic, and time-saving figures are not published; only the implementation and operating scope supported by the public article are shown.
